When data isn't coming in and common issues
A checklist for when the dashboard is empty, metrics are zero, gender/age disappeared or the script stopped working.
Data didn't show up after connecting
- Check that the script in Google Ads is authorized and has run (Run), with no errors in the script logs
- Make sure you're on the Premium or Business plan — on Free the export is not processed
- Manager accounts (MCC) are not supported yet — connect a regular account directly
Conversions or ROAS are 0 everywhere
Most likely the account has no conversion tracking set up — Google can't report what doesn't exist. Look at spend, clicks and impressions; in the donuts, switch the metric to "spend".
Gender/age disappeared from the donuts
Demographics aren't available for every channel, and with the "conversions" metric and zero conversions the donut shows 0%. Switch the metric to "spend".
Script status reads "not running" or the data is stale
Open the script in Google Ads and run it manually; reauthorize if needed. If the script was deleted, recreate the connection in the dashboard.
