Notifications, budget and account issues
The dashboard tracks statuses, budget pacing and account issues, and tells you when you need to step in.
Beyond raw numbers, the dashboard itself points out what needs attention.
Status-change notifications
The dashboard compares campaign statuses between syncs. If a status changed not on your command — the campaign passed review, was approved, was disapproved or was paused — you get a notification in the bell.
The "Changes" tab shows a log: which field changed and how, and the source — Google Ads (on Google's side) or piv.day (your action).
Budget and pacing
- The daily-spend ring: average daily spend against the limit (green — slower than the limit, pink — faster)
- The pacing bar shows whether you're ahead of or behind plan, plus a forecast through the end of the period
- Shared budgets are deduplicated — a single budget isn't counted multiple times, so the account's total daily budget is correct
Account issues
The issues block on the account card surfaces disapproved ads, policy review, overspend, expiring budgets, a non-running script and stale data — with a severity summary and a jump to the affected campaigns. If everything is fine, you get a green "all clear" badge.
