How Refunds Work
What is refunded automatically and what is not. General refund logic across all services.
If an operation failed due to our fault, the funds are returned to your balance automatically.
What Is Refunded
- White page generation failed with an error — full refund
- Domain registration did not go through (e.g., the name was just taken) — refund
- QR verification failed due to our server or proxy being unavailable — refund
- Proxy Restore delivered fewer addresses than ordered — refund for the missing ones
What Is Not Refunded
A successfully delivered service: a purchased number, a sent SMS, a generated white page. We do not guarantee SMS delivery or verification success.
