How to top up your balance
Top-ups are crypto only. Pick a coin, send to the address — balance updates after network confirmation.
Balance is topped up in cryptocurrency only — no bank cards or wire transfers. Minimum deposit: $20.
Steps
- Open the balance section and click "Top up"
- Select a coin and network
- Send the amount to the displayed address (or scan the QR code)
- Wait for network confirmation — balance updates automatically
Only send the exact coin and network shown in the invoice. Sending a different token to this address is an irreversible loss — we cannot recover it.
All deposits appear in your history with the amount and crediting timestamp.
