When payment for numbers is charged
Charged immediately on purchase and on the next billing cycle for renewals. Numbers are rented for 1 calendar month.
A number is purchased for 1 calendar month. The amount is deducted from your balance immediately at the time of purchase.
Renewal
If auto-renewal is enabled, the system charges the renewal cost on the next billing cycle — 24 hours before expiry. For manual renewal, the charge happens the moment you click «Renew».
If your balance was insufficient for auto-renewal — the number expires, but it can be recovered within 7 days via Restore. See the «Number restore» article.
