Restoring an Expired Number
You have 7 days after expiry to recover the same number. Business subscribers pay no fee; recovery takes 1–48 hours.
If a number has expired, you can submit a restore request within 7 days — you will get the same number back with SMS history preserved.
For Business subscribers, restoration is fee-free. The number is restored within 1–48 hours after the request.
Missed the window but the number is critical? Contact support — we will do our best to recover it.
