How to downgrade your subscription

Moving to a lower tier or cancelling — when it takes effect and what happens to your team.

You can downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time in the pricing section — no calls or requests needed.

When it takes effect

Access to your current plan's features is retained until the end of the paid period. After that, the account drops to the selected lower tier (or to Free).

What happens to the team and API

When leaving Business, team functionality and API keys stop working after the period ends. Your numbers, domains, proxies, and white pages remain yours — only pricing and access to team features change.
